Threadbare carpets, door handles coming off, bath stained and cracked just some of the faults in our room. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. Along the corridor some doors were missing handles and locks, one fire extinguisher was missing. Room amenities included free wifi in the description but wifi was only available i reception lounge area....

Stayed here for 3 nights over easter and was very surprised. It's not as bad as I thought . The reviews I was reading I didn't hold out much hope. Was very surprised it's not that bad. The reception desk were very helpful and friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and have to say the room was big, very...

A block of filthy concrete is the only way to describe this hotel, stayed for one night on a coach trip. On arrival the place looked like a derilict building, after a long journey er headed straight to the bar only to find it closed. Room 318 was ok, at least it was clean, evening meal ok, dining room like...

We stayed here as part of a coach trip, so didn't know we were staying here until we arrived. We arrived with our 4 year old son, the hotel didn't accomodate for children, nowhere to play and no kids food available. The food was of poor quality and horrible. It is at the side of the motorway, so was very...

We stayed in a family room, which was clean with hard but comfy beds. Bathroom was clean, but no plug for bath & dripping tap! No extractor fan or window either. Poor TV reception, no wifi in rooms and no aircon so we had to have the window open which meant traffic noise all night. Breakfast was fine, with adequate...

Terrible doesn't come close! Rude staff! Especially hotel Manager Andy Allsop who was slovenly and scruffy with an equally displeasing manner! When asked to move room he point blank refused and had a terrible attitude! He clearly does not give a damn about his customers and portrays a manner to reflect! He refused to give me his name and loudly...

I was unfortunate enough for work to book me into this "hotel" First of all upon arriving the building itself looks dirty and worn out, the photos the hotel advertise are about 30 years old when it was just opened or photoshopped heavily. Upon entering reception everything looks okay and staff were polite enough. I made my way through the...

Have stayed here a few times with work recently and overall the hotel is in need of a refit. Most things function, but are outdated and just do not lead to a great stay. On several occasions I have had no hot water, the room looks like it has not been hoovered due to dust build up. The beds are...
