I hate doing this but as for a big chain and the size of this hotel it's disgusting feels unclean and dirty everywhere I was embarrassed for the staff !! So dirty and run down the room was awful mattress knackered rubbish and a glass under the bed hairs in bathroom etc so cringe worthy it's a shame as of...

Third time I have been there. First time was to leave car there and fly to Lithuania. I arrived early in afternoon and was given a room on first floor. Make sure it is not next to the conference room. I was flying early so went to bed early. Could not sleep due to used china from the conference being...

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. Cleanliness, beer cans strewn across the entire hotel, in the elevators, dug behind stair rails. The hotel in general was desperately unclean and needed serious modernisation. All of the chairs in the dining room were so old the thread had worn away. Also if I ask for a ground room...

Arrived for three night coach stay and far from the ' gulag ' described by other visitors, we found a charming, well-appointed and efficiently run hotel. Our visit was thoroughly enjoyable with all the facilities expected for tourist travel. Indeed, we could not understand how the hotel could provide such a range of well cooked food options for the prices...

We were here as part of a coach trip I was shocked when we pulled up as it looks dreadful I wasn't wrong. Threadbare carpets, collapsed sofas, the food was so poor, the bar choices were very limited. It's only positive was that it was clean.

Manky. Only use if you're on a very tight budget or only worried about a bed to kip in for a night. Easy to get to. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on food but heard it was okay. Road is quite loud, would be annoying if you're a light sleeper. Luckily I was on 7th floor so noticeable...

The only reason I have given this hotel any rating is because the staff are friendly. This must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Take notice of the reviews and book elsewhere. Hotel is so old everything is dated/damaged in the room which also stank of smoke. Food leaves a lot to be desired and I haven't...

Seriously, this should probably be pulled down. Horrible concrete building, very tired and grubby. My room had 2 connecting doors so it sounded like the people next door were in the same room. The room was dirty with stained and 4un-hoovered carpets. Bathroom was not great, but useable. The hotel smells musty and the noise from the road is very...
