I have NEVER experienced anything like this!!! I originally booked 2 nights through hotels.com. Called last week to amend booking and received an email to confirm I was only booked for one night. On arrival, the hotel claimed they were not aware of it... Told me it was MY problem and I would have to pay for 2 nights even...

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The decor was tired and some obvious maintenance was needed in some areas. The fitness room was extremely limited and poorly maintained. Food in the restaurant was basic, but plentiful.

Comfortable room. Old fashioned furniture. Good breakfast. A curry smell allover the hotel. Most employees were Pakistanis/Hindu. Very friendly staff and willing to help. PC available for use at the reception was not working. When I mentioned that nobody seemed to care about that.

Budget hotel with parking. Paid £80 for one night so was expecting a little more. Grotty rooms - we had 107 which I think is a family room - a double bed (two singles pushed together) and a single on its own right by the door. Absolutely EVERYTHING, and I mean everything could be heard. Residents don't care about slamming...

I didn't expect much and on arrival found the exterior rather austere. The reception and bar areas were a pleasant surprise, but the room itself was very dated and in need of basic refurbishment- it was all just a bit tired and in some areas "battered"- there was a hole in the bathroom door and a colleague had rust in...

Great location to downtown, Ikea, hockey arena and university. Decor is quite outdated. However, it was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was free and easily accessible. Amenities are useful. 24 hour desk person, helped reset out cards each time we came back in case they had been demagnetized. Felt very safe. Great experience.

Having read the previous comments we were pleasantly surprised - the staff were friendly and helpful . Our room was clean and tidy. This hotel is reasonably priced it was good value for money. The menu in the restaurant offers a full indian menu and English selection the curries were really good and very reasonable.

hotel good location for city centre, staff very friendly, has in our opinion the BEST restaurant in town, with a varied menu but excellent curry's, it is well worth a try it even if you are not staying in hotel. Near bus stops in don't want to drive around the city.
