The hotel is a little on the tired side, and it is possible to see where there have been various chenges to the bathrooms, for example, over the years, and the breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about - but then again, I had paid very little for the room so didn'texpect too much. Having said that, the main part...

functional but ugly hotel located on a very busy road & within easy walking distance to the city centre, if you arrive by car there is a drop of area directly outside the hotel, overnight parking is in the small hotel car park, I needed to park in the street next to hotel. The rooms are ok but in need...

Met our friends here as its halfway. It's location is good, five minutes walk to centre. Not in a great area, scruffy housing around, but car park is free and secure. It's basic and cheap, bathroom could do with a bit of a return but wifi free and bed comfy. Good tea and coffee facilities. The staff were really friendly...

The Days Hotel welcomed my partner and I, efficiently got our booking completed. The reception is clean and modern, the lift to our perfectly sized and placed. Our room was clean, warm and though I rate the hotel highly, the bathroom was in need of new silicone sealing and the tiles need re grouting (joy of being in the property...

A very good nights rest. The most comfortable chain hotel bed we have slept in for a very long time. Bathroom had an issue but it was dealt with immediately on speaking to reception. The receptionist was a lovely friendly and helpful girl. We will definitely be returning there on our next visit. Our advice - book direct as the...

The only pleasant staff were in reception! No body else spoke! The rooms were filthy. And to add insult to injury housekeeping knocked my door on day of checkout to remind me I needed to be gone by 11!! I'm not an idiot I was told this at reception when I checked in!!

Great location and parking facilities. Nice clean rooms and bar area. Every member of staff, though polite and hard working, were unable to speak and/or understand English very well. The bar service was shocking. One member of staff serving all night. I was paying for bottled tonic water with my gin, later on I was served a flat and watery...

Have just spent two nights at this lovely friendly hotel; double room was a good size with a clean bathroom with instant hot water for a shower. We had a room on the third floor with lovely views over the city. The first morning we had the continental breakfast and found that the croissant were a little dry, but that...

The hotel needs a total renovation inside, damaged walls..paint falling off ceiling. Unfriendly foreign staff. I Booked a room with breakfast, as we are in England I expected an English breakfast but only a continental breakfast was included. Not advertised on any website. This was not advertised so when I came to check out I had an extra £118 on...
