Popped in on a dismal Sunday afternoon. Great welcome to us and the dog. Decided to have a spot of late lunch. Home made tacos are a must and the curry was delicious. Our service was spot on and they even bought a bowl of water for the dog. Pub was quiet but steady with customers popping in and out...

We have stayed here twice now in the converted barns out of the back of the pub. They are cosy rooms that have everything you need for one or 2 nights stay. Perfect location in the city centre. Breakfast is excellent and a good choice. Lovely fire place in the pub if you don't go exploring the beautiful city. Only...

Thought we would pop in for a quick lunch after visiting the Christmas Market. We decided to have the Sausage & Mash which was a great disappointment as the sausages were hard and dry and the mash tasted as though it was out of a packet. Would not visit again.

This place is like 'the curate's egg' - good and bad. We were greeted very pleasantly by the staff but once in the room found that, although the sink and bath were very clean, the toilet did not seem to have been touched. Not a good start having to clean up after the previous occupant - yuk! (Although why people...

I really like The George and Dragon it has integrity it has a heart, the staff are friendly and helpful, a special mention to Claire who waited late for me while I was having a travel nightmare. I would also recommend the G&D as a place to eat, boy breakfast was good, I was tempted by Eggs Benedict, but once...

Staff nice and breakfast was fine. Our room was like a garage or outbuilding and the bed was as hard as nails. Terrible value at £90 per night. Very noisy too. Very poor choice of B and B's in Chichester.

Needed a room for two Shakespeare plays at the Festival theatre. Very convenient, only a few hundred yards from the theatre. Comfortable and cosy. Good big TV in room with tea and coffee and trouser press. Bathroom with shower and good quality towels.

I spent one night here with my friend at the weekend. The staff who we came across were all very friendly and the breakfast is very tasty, fresh and hot!! However the room was disappointing. When we arrived the shower had 5 long hairs in the bottom of it so appeared not to have been cleaned or someone has used...
