nice coffee, nice venue, wheelchair friendly although please check if they have a disabled toilet as not sure. friendly service and clean. food very nice and plentiful. you can sit in the main part of the pub to eat your meal or sit in the cafe part. seating outside if you have walked with your dogs.

Stayed here last night with friends - lovely place and staff were really friendly - nothing to much trouble - breakfast was great this morning (thanks to the last person that stayed in room 1 that set the alarm clock for 615pm lol but this wasn't the staffs fault) overall will definetly stay here again a great stay at affordable...

Excellent stay in a converted stable block next to the pub/coffee shop. Room was comfortable with good bathroom and everything you want for a short stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very good would definitely go again

Been to the pub a couple of times now, not my local but got a great welcome from a guy behind the bar called Charley, great guy, amazing service and was able to recommend drinks when I couldn't decide, a real asset to your team! Thanks guys Special thank you to Charley ! Tom

The midland was great, nice cosy rooms the staff were helpful and accommodating. We asked for an extra bed which came with a little cost which was put up on time for us and it was great The pub next door offers great food and a relaxed atmosphere Breakfast is great, hot and filling

Stayed Saturday night. Rooms in court yard Beautiful spacious & clean. Plenty of milk tea coffee etc. Bedding lovely. Good selection of tv channels on a smart TV. Free wifi. Worked well Breakfast beautiful. Pub nice. Staff very friendly & helpful will return. Free parking on site a bonus

It is always a pleasure to come for drinks and food here. Friendly staff, nice cliental, clean and modern pub. It's refreshing to have a modern local pub. The only reason why I didn't give it 5stars is simply because it is slightly on the pricey side for drinks about £4 a pint £20 for a bottle of prosecco. But...

Stayed here for one night on business. Nice pub meal in the evening. Well priced. Fantastic room -recently refurbished apparently. Great pub. Fantastic staff Great breakfast Coop next door for any bits you have forgotten or lunch for the office

We stayed here on a Saturday evening in mid October for a friends wedding. We booked the family room which was really big, with a double bed and a single. There was a big bathroom, with lovely shower and a good supply of tea and coffee. If I had any little problem, it was the slight lack of natural light....

Enjoyed a 1 night stay here at the weekend whilst visiting Leeds. The courtyard held 5 rooms. Ours being number 2. I was pleasantly surprised by the room, it was not massive but big enough for the usual furniture , desk , lights etc. It looked newly decorated in a simple yet comfortable style.The on suite shower room was plenty...
