Another great stay at the hotel always looked after by lovely staff. Special thanks to Paul Collins, George and Illiane in the executive lounge for special caring service and a joy to talk to. The staff in 1871 Vicky, Lewis and Lindsey for fantastic service and the glint and a wink from Lamin and the ladies at breakfast. Neil at...

Our first visit to Leeds and we chose the Marriott as it was only around 10 minutes walk to the train station and had also been recommended by our friends. We were given a very spacious family room overlooking the square and were surprised by receiving two complimentary bottles of wine, a card and some profiteroles to celebrate our anniversary....

Spent one night in Leeds, checked in around 10pm, good hotel, receptionist polite and chatty, good local Yorkshire hospitality. Room good, big double beds, had room service which was quick, well cooked and great service and reasonably priced. Also, the Wifi, why cant hotels just have simple log on, nit a complicated log on for Rewards Members otherwise you get...

We were slightly disappointed with the rather tired feel of this Marriott but we couldn't fault the staff and, I am really difficult to please when it comes to beds as I suffer from arthritis. This bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. If it wasn't for the room being rather to warm, I am sure I would have...

Stayed here many times whilst on business in Leeds and the location is excellent, right in the city centre but down a little side street so it's not too noisy. Shopping centres, restaurants and bars and the train station are all within a 5 minute walk to this hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and happy to assist you...

Nice hotel in center of Leeds, close to Trinity shopping center. Nice room, very tidy and with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to the very nice and smiling staff serving the breakfast,- they really stood out. If you go to Leeds for a football weekend, the hotel is very recommendable.

The hotel is looking shabby and in need of a freshen-up. Gloomy lobby, dreary corridors, rooms with some lights not working all point to lack of recent investment. However, the staff are superb and very helpful. The dining staff are particularly good and help create a welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the breakfast is satisfactory if one eats full English...

Britishfamily888, Thank you for your review. I have passed your kind comments onto to our team. We are currently reviewing our Breakfast Buffet and will take your comments on board. Our Bar is very popular on the weekends with both hotel and local guests, but you are more than welcome to enjoy a quiet drink in our lobby. We have...

I stayed at this hotel to attend a charity event there. It is very nicely located , just a five minute walk from the station and it is surrounded by many shops and places to eat. The room I had was fine...not a great view but it is a city centre hotel so my expectations were not overly high. The...

Beautiful property, located in a quiet square off the main road, but very centrally located by the new Trinity Centre. High standard throughout - décor, staff, service, food etc. The American influences are evident. We had an executive room which gave access to the executive lounge which was super - lots of hot & cold snacks and wine/beer/soft drinks, papers,...

Just returned from a one night stay. The room was better than expected although located right next to the lift, therefore very noisy. The hotel itself was very clean and staff helpful, what was disappointing was the leisure club. The lift was out of order so we had to access via the Main Street. There were baby lessons in the...
