Very conveniently located for trip to visit family. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Free private parking a big asset. Room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities, t.v. and wifi if required. En suite had both bath and shower and was a decent size. Poor quality toilet paper, though, and bath plug was unattached! Breakfast was included and... More

Very basic hotel rooms however, bed was very comfortable & the bathroom very clean (recent refurb). Bar was warm & welcoming with lovely decking area which spills out onto the walkway along the river Thames. Receptionist was jolly & very helpful.

Upon arrival, my friend and I were upgraded from single rooms to 2 doubles on the third floor (304 and 306). Both rooms were on the small side with a sloping room which one had to duck (and I am only short!) to look out the window. The view was of the river which was nice but unfortunately the windows... Much as the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are dated and bland in dire need of repair and renovation. TVs are pretty old and don't work well, rooms are quite small and the windows and bathroom were dirty. Definitely overpriced given the facilities. Don't confuse this with the Thames Riviera which is generally better. It's alright if you're... More

Stayed here one night whilst attending a wedding nearby at Boulters Restaurant. Really friendly staff but rooms could do with a bit of an update. However, good location and reasonable prices. Breakfast was OK.
