Stayed for one night on business, hadn't booked a car parking space but fortunately there was still a space left , £15 to park is a little expensive but there is not too many options close. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. My double room was a bit small but adequate, the room was very warm but air con...

Booked this hotel last minute on booking.com and not disappointed. We stayed in a standard double which was small but perfectly functional for a night out. Air con was welcome as room was quite stuffy. Room was clean, small bathroom with shower but again clean and shower was good and hot. The hotel rooms were in a bit of a...

Dear Customer. Many thanks for your recent review. I am delighted to hear that we could provide you with a pleasant stay and a good cooked breakfast. The hotel is a grade 2 listed building so we are unable to oblige with a lift, but I understand this was not an issue with your stay. All rooms vary within this...

This hotel has some good features and some not so good features. Good: * Very close to Windsor castle - which is why we chose to stay there. Within walking distance and in a generally good location otherwise. * Friendly and helpful staff were engaging and helpful * Tidy but modest rooms with a view overlooking the street. Not so...

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your review. I am pleased to hear that you found our staff helpful and engaging. Some of our rooms do have different layouts then your standard hotel rooms this is due to the age of the building however I have taken your comments on board and will be reviewing the position of the towel rail....

Our room was clean and in the annexe. But the hotel was fully booked and so when it came to breakfast they couldn't cope. There weren't enough tables and not enough staff. Guests were having to lurk around waiting for a table to come free - which didn't make it very relaxing for those of us lucky enough to have...

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your comments I am pleased to read that you found our accommodation clean and comfortable. Since we have nowhere secure to leave bikes I read with interest that my staff have found a quick solution. It is with regret to hear that your breakfast experience was not what you have hoped for however we advise...

My husband and I visited the hotel on the 29th July 2014 for 2 nights. We booked it last minute on hotels.com. We were visiting from Lancashire, had never been before but with an unexpected babysitter on hand we decided to book and hope for the best. We booked a small double room and when we arrived we had a...

This is the second time I have come to this hotel as we enjoyed it the first time but it was an expensive mistake and would advise anyone to not park in the adelaide car park as when you return to your car you may be faced with a nasty surprise to your car like I was! I left my...

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your review on the trip advisor site for others to be enjoyed. As per your review we managed to look at the CCTV only to find that no one had parked next to your car (the damaged side). The staff car in question is a black car and the marks on your car unfortunately are...

The hotel is well maintained and of a generally good standard. We stayed in room 10, which was compact. The bathroom fittings were of good quality but the bathroom itself is so bijou it was quite awkward to enter then close the door. The advantage of The Royal Adelaide is its proximity to the town centre and castle. Bonus points:...

I stayed for 5 days while on business. Great location. Really friendly & helpful staff. Just avoid room 9 - single booking. Very very small & hot. Should not be rented out at all. Other rooms were fine. Breakfast was fine as I don't like hot breakfasts. Juice should rather be freshly squeezed. Nuts would be great too. And maybe...
