    we stayed for a weekend bed and breakfast ,also ended up eating in the evening .old fashioned proper pub with good food.comfy rooms and excellent ale.lovely village to look around and plenty of nearby places to visit

    We found the tables very tightly squeezed in and impossible to have a quiet private conversation. People were having to get out of their chair to let others to or from their table. We had the fish pie and the duck sausages. It's a shame...More

    Thank you for your enquiry. Regretfully though we cannot allow dogs in the bedrooms but can welcome dogs in part of our bar if you would like to dine with us.
