Great hotel in a fantastic location. Near to 'British camp' in the Malvern hills. My partner and I had been for a walk and enquired whether there were any rooms available as had not booked after a spontaneous trip. We were offered bed and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was fantastic; four posted bed and modern bathroom....

Had a three course meal, great food with a view to die for. Excellent service, didn't have to wait for anything, all the staff were very friendly. Just a lovely afternoon out. Disabled toilet available.

Our room was large, stylish, clean and light with the most comfortable mattress and huge luxury bathroom. The hotel is superbly located on the Malverns and has great views and easy access for walking and touring. The three restaurant areas were all different in atmosphere and served good food. Would be lovely in the warmer months as there was a...

On our way back from Bristol to Manchester fancied a 1 night break with our dog. This hotel was fabulous. Well managed, clean, modern, comfy bedroom with large bathroom. Lovely linens on bed which was memory foam I think and really lovely. Our dog was welcomed as well. Very busy with Sunday lunches when we arrived but a table had...

7 of us booked lunch for a family members 80th birthday, the hotel was very accommodating having a table in the conservatory area, the food and the service was fabulous, the staff were attentive and friendly. The waiter was more than happy to present a birthday cake supplied by a family member. This is probably the best lunchtime meal that...

With friends on our way to a dancing weekend in Malvern and stopped for lunch. Lovely choice of food both on the bar menu from which we chose and the main restaurant menu. Comfortable friendly bar serving great Wye Valley beers. The food was good, nicely and efficiently presented. This place is not too far from home so will revisit...

We have just returned home after a weekend at this hotel. Our room (207) was newly decorated and lovely. Big comfy bed, big bathroom and beautiful views of the countryside. We called to check at the last minute if it was ok to take our dog - and found that dogs are more than welcome. Breakfast was great, served with...

We visited the hotel for Sunday lunch to celebrate a 70th birthday. There were 15 of us in total ranging from 3 years old to 70 years old. We booked a few weeks in advance and good job we did as both restaurants were full for Sunday lunch. People were being turned away! We ate in the dining room rather...

Location and food excellent. Not everybody on reception friendly or welcoming. I cut myself while walking and the owner/Manager happened to hear there was some blood on the sheets and charged me over £80+! When I refused to pay the £80+ and pointed out that blood is easily removable he literally threw a tantrum in the reception in front of...
