My husband & I were most impressed with this hotel, which was booked at short notice to recover after the death of my father in law. The staff were extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble. The food was very good, but we decided to eat in the lounge bar, where there was a good choice of food, with a...

Wow , what a "gem" , ok so it has not been redecorated to an over specified grand designs house, but its clean and honest. The location was just perfect. The Abbey Proiry Church next door , well worth a look. Customer service Excellent. Food excellent. Will be returning here ASAP , and recommending.

Stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2017. We had a superior room, which was clean & comfortable. Good breakfasts and pleasant staff & service. Good location, ample parking and in easy walking distance to central Malvern. Only negative would be that we had a bar meal on our first night that was ok but perhaps somewhat overpriced and not great.

As I entered hotel the receptionist Emma was warm and welcoming. I had booked a single room which was quite large. The hospitality tray was good. 2 bottles of water and good quality tea (twinings) and nice biscuits. What I liked about the room there was no loose wires to the bedside lights. There was a switch overhead and this...

Well maintained period hotel ideally located in Great Malvern. We were extremely disappointed by the quality of food served both in the bar an in the main restaurant. Portions are quite small and some of the dishes we ordered were not cooked properly - these were sent back. Surprised that the cheeseboard was so poorly presented and contained no blue...

Four of us stayued as a prliminary to bringing a large group of walkers to the Hotel later this year. We were very well looked after and dealing with the events team has been a pleasure. Our room was a superior room looking out at the nearby Abbey and we were very comfortable' The food was excellent with a varied...

We stayed here for two nights. We had a superior room overlooking the Abbey which was spacious with a huge superking bed. We loved the Nepresso machine but disappointed only one bottle of water supplied for two people each night. The hotel has comfortable seating areas downstairs overlooking the Vale of Evesham and the staff are friendly and helpful. The...

We stayed one night in the Abbey hotel prior to a visit to the Morgan car factory. The hotel is in an ideal location just a minute or two's walk from the main street and about 5 minutes drive from the Morgan factory. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean with a nice bathroom. We had a...

Arrived and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a nice location. The hotel room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed for the stay. My only criticism was the evening meal. We ate in the hotel the first night. But all the courses were just bland, completely bland. And it was expensive. £90 plus...

We hadn't stayed here for a year or two but thoroughly enjoyed our one night return visit. Standards maintained very well - comfortable room with nice view - decent breakfast too. What impressed us most though was the Staff. Everyone that we encountered was both friendly and very good at doing their job. Already looking forward to our next visit...
