What a beautiful hotel set at the bottom of the Malvern Hills. The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was larger that some rooms we've stayed in. Dinner was served by very courteous staff and we neither felt rushed or that we were kept waiting. The food was excellent.

Beautiful building and hotel amenities in the heart of Malvern. Staff were all very polite, pleasant and customer focused - clearly all very well trained. Room was clean, bright and spacious. Food was really nice. Ordered a starter and main which were delivered to my table at the same time! Had to leave the starter and move onto the main...

A business stay here was a very smooth affair - free WiFi with no signin required, a good breakfast and a large, comfortable room. At the top of the main street and with stunning views, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Great Malvern and the surroundings. Parking was included and easy to find as well.

Our ballroom dancing group returned for a second year for a gala dinner dance on the Saturday evening which once again was superb. Around 80 of us took over the ballroom for an excellent 3 course meal then danced the night away. The food was very good indeed and was served hot which is not always the case on evenings...

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed on a secret escapes package. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was peaceful. Lovely food and good service - both at dinner and breakfast. We stayed in a superior double which was good- nice big bed, nice linen, tea tray - including a coffee maker! Nice hot shower. Good wifi. The...

We had our wedding reception here just before Christmas. From start to finish the staff, service and everything else about the hotel was superb. Louise, the wedding co-ordinator was so helpful and really lovely, and Sarah nipped any niggles in the bud for us on the day, always with a smile on her face. The food was really tasty and...

Did this hotel on a groupon deal it was excellent value & we were surprised by the room we had very large with lovely views towards the Malverns. The food & service were excellent we would definitely go again. Good base for exploring but it is very hilly if you want to do this by foot.

I would have to say this is generally a very nice place to stay and pretty much at the foot of the Malvern Hills, lovely clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, great food but I can't understand why places like this can't keep a decent pint of lager!! It was flat and lifeless! Here's the thing I found strangest of all...

I booked my Mother and Father in Law into this hotel as it was close to Malvern Theatre. You need to let them know if you are or have a guest who needs assistance. I didn't and there were a number of stairs to climb. This did not spoil the stay as the room was very nice easy check in...

Everything to praise, from the easy car parking, friendly reception and an excellent room, even down to two coffee machines. Great having the priory next door and very close to the town centre. Dinner and breakfast well presented and enjoyable, I would stay again.
