We had a very good stay at the Foley Arms in Malvern. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. We had a valley view room - and it was quite a view! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was excellent value (so was the evening meal.) It is also a busy pub but we did not hear the...

This was our first visit to the Foley Arms, and we will definately return. It was very reasonably priced. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean, it was on the 2nd floor and was really peaceful. It overlooked the beautiful Vale of Evesham - a spectacular view. It's an ideal location if you're going to the theatre,...

We stayed in room 15 which even though it's over a pub was really quiet. The room was spacious with two beds, nice and clean and the staff really friendly. Going back later in the month as we love Malvern and the Foley Arms is great value.

Ok so we all know 'spoons.. love them or hate them they offer good beer and well priced food but I've never stayed in hotel before. This hotel was just a bit on the shabby side on firt impressions.. stairs up to the reception and the reception itself. But... the staff were very helpful and the "Valley View" room certainly...

The Foley Arms Hotel was an old Georgian coaching inn, but now wears very modern clothing as an hotel within the Wetherspoons group, and hence offers good value for money and a friendly atmosphere. My wife and I visited this hotel for 1 night only as a base for another visit to the Malvern theatre. The hotel is situated within...

You will be warned that there is no parking, parking is about half a mile down the hill near town. Drop you bags off at the hotel and then park. The rooms are amazing, clean, well furnished, bad comfortable, bathroom functional. Its an old hotel that has been revamped and has a Wetherspoons below. The problem is when the bar...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased that overall you enjoyed your time with us. I'm sorry that external noise kept you awake, being above a busy JD Wetherspoon pub sometimes this can be a bit out of our control, however we do monitor our customers noise levels when leaving. We agree that the...

What can I say about the Foley Arms, Its one of my favourite Wetherspoon’s pubs. It has a lovely outside seating area that overlooks the valley, it has a large seating area in the pub itself with lots of separate rooms to choose from if you fancy a more private area away from the noise of the pubs patrons. The...

Many thanks for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and found our team to be friendly. Our rooms have all been redecorated this year so I'm sorry you thought they look tired, it can sometime be as it is such an old building. We are however having more refurbishment works over the next 6 months. We do leave...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Foley Arms Hotel is set in a wonderful location from which to explore the stunning Malvern countryside, the Midlands and the Welsh Marches areas. The stunning Georgian architecture of this old coaching inn has been a feature of the Victorian spa town of Malvern for over 200 years. The area has a wide range of stately homes, beautiful gardens, lively farm parks and award-winning museums for you to explore, along with a host of modern-day attractions for all the family such as the Morgan's Visitors centre. It is also perfect for those visiting the Three Counties Showground and Worcester and Hereford races. Situated right in the heart of the town, we have 23 individual bedrooms, many of which have wonderful views across the Severn Plain. All of our rooms are en suite and include tea- and coffee-making facilities, a hair dryer and TV. FREE Wi-Fi is available in the bar area and in our rooms, however signal can sometimes be lost due to the style of the building. *** Please note WE DO NOT HAVE A CAR PARK! *** The long stay car park that we recommend is on Victoria Rd, postcode WR14 2TD and it costs £3 for 24 hours. Street parking is available after 4:30pm until 09:30am the next morning and all day Sunday. We recommend stopping in the lay by outside the hotel, bring your luggage up and ask reception for the directions to the long stay car park that we recommend. Due to being a Grade II listed building, we DO NOT HAVE A LIFT to our rooms and we are located on the first and second floor of our building, up a few flights of stairs. If you require a room on the reception floor, the first floor, please notify us when booking. Our hotel is situated above our lovely, busy pub restaurant where food is served from 7am to 11pm and the bar is open till midnight, 7 days a week. Large tables may be pre-booked, so if you are celebrating an event, let reception know or pop down and see us! Please be advised we are a very busy pub so some noise from our terrace may carry to some of the rooms, especially at weekends during the warm seasons. We do monitor customers and do try to keep disruptions to a minimum but it is useful to bear this in mind when booking. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you soon!
