We recently stayed for one night with our 2 dogs. A stunning place located in an ideal location with stunning views. A lovely warm welcome, offer of a pot of tea after our long journey and the wood burner piled with logs. Excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast and a comfy bed for the night. The reason I have given 4 out...

Thank you for your review. I was upset to read your comments about our dogs. Tiggy, our alpha female dog, was taken by surprise by your two female dogs suddenly appearing on 'her patch'. I have to say that most guests with dogs keep their dogs in the car until they have checked in and met us all. This allows...

We were only able to stay one night but it will definitely be on my list for a re-visit. A very welcoming host and fantastic breakfast (lots of homemade jams etc). We had a separate lounge for our own use and lovely bedroom. We were travelling with the dog and it was the first time I'd taken her to a...

We have just returned from three lovely nights at Green Farm. Lucy and Paul are lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in The Tallet which is beautiful. It has its own large sitting room, large bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All was spotlessly clean. The accommodation is in a very central position. We had a lovely meal...

Stayed here a couple of times now, overnight and for a long weekend. Lucy and Paul are great hosts, very helpful, friendly and courteous. The farm is huge and you can explore at your leisure. They have donkeys, chickens, sheep and two gorgeous patterdale dogs. They also have their own beehives to make their own honey. The accommodation is lovely....

We stayed here again as a family in the cottage which comprises a large double, single and bathroom together with sitting room downstairs. Lucy was very welcoming with pots of tea and homemade cake, and the accomm was as good as I remember the first time round. Our son loved being there, plenty to see - horses, donkeys, chickens/chicks, guinea...

This was a really lovely place to stay. My sister and I shared the twin bed accommodation and were only sorry that we did not have enough time to do justice to the downstairs sitting room that came with it or enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lucy made us feel very comfortable (even though we were a couple of sweaty cyclists)...

Even though it was only for one night it was great accommodation and good breakfast in lovely surroundings. Everyone really friendly including the animals. Would definitely stay again. Staying on a farm is certainly a great idea.
