Very pleasant situation on the banks of the Severn, and close to city centre.I stayed for 3 days whilst my husband was in hospital.Every time I tried to park in front of the hotel, (arriving at different times) it was nigh impossible, and was directed to another car park a short distance away. I am in my 70s and was...

We stayed at the Diglis hotel over night on Sunday 20th February. We could not fault anything from start to finish. A special mention to Harry and Alex on the floor and also Kim and Alex in the office. Also a special mention to the chef, presentation, taste, and service of the food (the wood pigeon starter and the sauce...

Nice friendly check in, lovely refurbished room (no.24 upstairs in annex) and no complaints from either of us. Breakfast was good (not fantastic) but staff were lovely and made sure our two "boys" were comy and fed well. We will be back in May. Hope the same rate applies !

Arrived for three days at 3pm Saturday for Wedding anniversary. Absolutely nowhere to park for residents arriving since there was a function on that day. No help from receptionist. When queried with management on leaving, suggesting reserved spaces for residents, they weren't interested. I won' t be interested in returning!!!

Arranged a family get together for my birthday.Everyone arrived on the Saturday and we had a very enjoyable meal in the Conservatory and stayed overnight. The ambience was superb, with the location, accommodation, meals and staff exceptional. Also special thanks to Miishelle Round, who is the hotel's Event Organiser for her ideas and overseeing the arrangements. A truly memorable birthday that everyone enjoyed.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary and loved it. Easy to find via the 'sat nav' postcode and we had no problem parking. Staff throughout our visit were very very friendly and helpful. We had room 2 the junior suite which is well worth the money, huge room with lovely views of the river from all of...

We were invited to an afternoon tea event at the Diglis House Hotel for an 80th Birthday with approx 60 other guests. On arrival there was no where to park, very little car parking at all so we had to park in the town centre and walk down to the Hotel. When we got to the Hotel we were directed...

On 5/2/72 following our wedding in Coventry, my wife Ann and I persuaded our old Triumph Herald saloon to make the trip over for a weekend honeymoon. It was a grand place back then. Fast forward 45 years and we re-created the event, the only change being we live in Stourport and travelled in our Triumph Herald convertible. The hotel...

our annex room was spacious, warm, quiet, clean and comfortable with a lovely river view, and modern bathroom. The car park was close with easy access. The hotel receptionist was friendly, and the breakfast staff helpful and efficient... but I would have preferred a conventional sausage! I recommend a short break, and look forward to returning myself.

I have stayed at this hotel for business meetings in Worcester and have always had a warm and friendly reception. The hotel is situated next to the river, so good for a stroll on a nice day and about a fifteen minute walk from the centre. On my last visit I stayed in the cottage annexe and had a large...
