We stayed for four nights at Glanmor Isaf and had the best family holiday ever. Farmer Owen is really friendly and invited all the guests at different times to help out with the sheep. We went on a puffin island boat trip in Beaumaris, visited Penrhyn Castle, walked up to lake Idwal in Snowdonia, had a pint at the ship...

I had a lovely weekend at Glanmor Isaf with a lovely welcome from Owen and his family. The farm is a working farm yet still manages to provide a peaceful venue to unwind and relax in. Owen was very helpful to us throughout our stay yet never intrusive which is quite the balancing act. I very much enjoyed his tour...

Staying here was a fantastic and memorable experience. The farm itself, as well our host Owen, went "above and beyond" all our expectations. As a family break I can't speak highly enough of the place... The location is second to non, with a beach, "a stones throw" away at the other side of the hedge. (Perfect for looking for crabs...

Just returned from a lovely week long family break at Glanmor Isaf. Owen and his family made us really welcome and nothing was too much trouble even though this is a real working farm and Owen's always on the go! It's an ideal base camp for visits to Anglesey, Llandudno and Snowdonia. We ordered some food for our arrival and...

Glanmor Isaf is basically perfect - it feels utterly peaceful and secluded, tucked away between mountains and the (private) beach, but it is within minutes of excellent roads and many fantastic sights and attractions, from waterfalls to zoos, museums to copper mines, mountains to castles. The farmers are just marvellous - friendly and attentive but not at all intrusive. They...

Accommodation is within a tent, not a hotel, hostel or anything like. It's a military tent with proper beds. Our also got toilet and showers, others are lacking the showers, not sure about the toilets. It's an excellent holiday for kids as there are plenty of activities to do at the farm: chicken coup, feeding the lambs and so on.

I can't speak highly enough about the hospitality we received at Glanmor Isaf Farm. The Featherdown experience was very much as described and thoroughly enjoyed by the family (mum, dad and 2 girls aged 4yrs and 18 months). We didn't have an en-suite tent but the shower facilities were excellent with a butler sink big enough to bath the girls!...

Shown around the farm, the animals, the very clean showers and honesty shop where straight away where I put a wonderful looking cob loaf down on our slate. He showed us the hens and the rope swing in the...

What a fabulous weekend we have just enjoyed at Glanmor Isaf. As a large party of 18 (8adults & 10children). I cant recommend this place enough, it's set in a beautiful location with a fantastic view of Penrhyn Castle, the tents were spacious, the beds very comfortable, the showers very clean & hot. When the stove was lit & the...
