Had a long weekend 7,8,9 November. Lovely place to stay, friendly, comfortable and lots of lovely 'extras' loved the toiletries and bathrobes.Karen and Mark very approachable and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and all nicely served. If in area again would definitely return and happily recommend to all.

Very comfortable, friendly and accommodating B&B. Nice personal touches - fridge in room with fresh milk, coffee in lounge on arrival, even toothpicks on the table at breakfast. Good wifi signal, even in bedroom. Proper Toileteries supplied. Highly recommended, would stay there again.

To celebrate my 26th birthday I've decide a trip for 2 days around north Wales, and then we decide stay in Caernarfon for one night. Through the Late rooms we found this traditional hotel. Was a good experience. The owners really friendly. The top room (no 6) is small but cosy. Was clean so not to much to complaint. The...

Very comfortable, friendly service. This was our second stay here and will definitely be back. Location is good for accessing all areas of north wales. Food is very good. Rooms are like home from home, everything you need. Mark and Karen were great hosts.

This is a charming house located inside the old town wall, near the castle and with everything within easy walking distance. Our hosts were most welcoming and helpful, and the rooms and facilities of a very high standard indeed. We even had a refrigerator with bottled water and fresh milk. Breakfast was good too. We found on-street parking space right...

Very disappointing, we had booked a room via Laterooms for a three night stay, to celebrate my 50th birthday, on arrival we were shown a small room on the top floor (room 6). The bathroom was just a small cupboard with shower, toilet and sink, so cramped was the room the doors had to fold outwards. The person showing us,...

I didnt have breakfast (had to leave early for work) but if it matched the overall standard of the guest house, I'm sure it would have been excellent....

This is one of the sweetest B&B's we've stayed. We were here for 2 nights on the weekend. The rooms are clean and furnished to a very high standard. They have loads of storage. The lovely floral red and white bed linen and floral paintings on the wall add to the cosy ambience. The beds are so comfy which was...

The location of this is ideal, right in the middle of Caernarfon, inside the castle walls. Very quiet street and we managed to park right outside though the host gave us a map of alternative parking anyway. The hosts were great, and gave us lots of local info and places to go etc. and we had everything we needed including...

Very well positioned, inside the walls of the town, which makes this an ideal place to stay for a visit to the town. The BB is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit salad and home baked bread in addition to a superb cooked breakfast. The room number one we stayed in was very small but we...
