Nice large room with 3 beds,so a bed each. The room had a huge fridge which is very handy with kids. The lighting was very poor in the rooms, lamp didn't work and bulbs needed replacing. The blinds on the window were too short but they did have curtains. The toilet blind wasn't very good, felt like people could see through it.Carpet was grubby,a few beer...

Found this place by accident when I took a wrong while looking for a parking space. We had a great Sunday lunch, well cooked with all the trimmings. Well decorated pub, clean and modern with nice looking friendly staff, (No sticky tables or mangy pub carpet as is usually the norm in town centre pubs). Highly recommended, will go back.

really sitting on the fence with this one. the staff were friendly, checking in was easy. good central location. the shower is in what must be an old cupboard, room 6. the space between door and shower door means your have to close them both at the same time to squeeze into shower. unless your comfortable with leaving the shower...

Called here on a market day and was welcomed with water bowl on doorstep which my girlie appreciated. We were greeted by two lovely bar staff and enjoyed a nice nacho lunch on the contents sofas in the newly refurbished pub. There is a restaurant which I would like to try. The place is a nice find and will be...

Overnight stop on way home from from riding holiday. Good location with comfortable spacious rooms. Beds comfy, shower hot, our room also had a fridge which was handy. There is parking less than 1 minute away. I emailed a few questions to hosts & got quick response. Would definitely stay again. We did not eat but the menu was extensive.

We hunted for this pub as this was rated highly on a local site. Set slightly off the high street and first impressions very nice, music on in the back ground. Friendly staff. Good choice of drinks. Pleasant setting. I ordered nachos with BBQ chicken. £9. It was dreadful, not at all a nachos meal. Never had BBQ chicken with...

Visited the establishment that is central to Abergavenny, on Market Street! Thoroughly enjoyed the visit! Enjoyed the fish menu, and a wide selection of specials on the boards. Suggest you try the beer "Blue Moon" together with locally brewed real ales.
