This place has got the modern concept of well appointed hostels perfectly. Never have I seen a place so spotlessly clean, so immacuately kept, so very well appointed and not a hint of fussiness or primness associated with such victorian houses that languish as B+Bs . We only stayed one night here, but we had a lovely time. Very personable staff, anything we needed was provided. Super comfy bed, a nice shower room and the selection for breakfast was fantastic. Thanks so much

Hostel is central, friendly staff, really clean, shop across the road... It was perfect, apart from the atrocious wifi... Which basically worked when it wanted to, and people were even sitting on the floor in the hall to try and get a signal. Don't offer it if you can't deliver.

Amazing little hostel in a perfect location. Right in the centre of town. Superb facilities, massive kitchen with tea and coffee aplenty. Cozy living room area with log burner, piano, guitar boardgames and book exchange. We stayed in a 4 bunk room as they were booked up, great value for money. Breakfast of cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee...
