My partner & I love the homely feel that Fairhaven has our bed was so comfortable I can honestly say its the best 5 nights sleep I had in...

We are so happy you enjoyed your second visit with us and you are both a complete pleasure to have you stay and it will be great to see you later in the year.

We visited Snowdonia during the Easter holiday . The trip was a indeed spoiled due to the bad weather but the rooms as well did no good . Our room was very small and the moment you raise your arm from the bed it would touch the bent celling and I have never seen such a small bathroom . The...

We booked this guesthouse for a weekend break a few weeks ago. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The largest and comfiest bed I had ever stayed in, really luxurious bed linen ensured a great nights sleep. Other touches like chocolate chip cookies and fresh milk were really apprecited. I actually preferred the option of an additional charge for...

Great location, quirky B&B. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for years. Reading the privivious reviews I was a little worried but the owners could not be more helpful. Really great breakfast choice the full English (or should that be full Welsh) sets you up for the day but there was also a lot more choice...

I Have stayed in a number of B&B's in Betws y Coed over the years, and never have I had such an unaccommodating experience from someone working in the "hospitality" industry. I never got as far as staying here as we could not guarantee arrival within the 4-8pm window for check in times, having to travel down from North Lancashire...

I have never given a bad review on here before, but people need to read these reviews before booking. Unfortunately I didn’t! I booked this guest house in Jan for Fri and sat nights, to stay over before and after running the Snowdonia marathon. My partner tried to get the Fri afternoon off work but couldn’t so we thought we...

Nice and simple accommodation in a great location to visit the local village and beyond. Very friendly welcome, and the breakfast was very a welcoming start to the day. Would stay again, thus would recommend to all.

I found the service very poor and the owner unreasonable, all he is inerested in is the amout of money he can extract for you and not providing a service, I would never recommend this B&B not even to the people I didnt like,

This is basically the worst b&b experience I have ever had and I could not recommend more that you do not stay here as the owner is uncaring and rude and should not be working in this business. I have never written a review like this before as I have never had an experience like this before. We had paid...
