Good value accommodation, good home cooked food and great selection of beers in the centre of Betws-y-Coed. 3 parking spaces on site but plentiful on street parking a two minute walk away or pay car park just across the road,

This was a good value stay for 4 guys on a walking trip. The rooms (we had) were small twins with a sink in the room. Very basic but did the trick. There was a shared separate loo and shower along the corridor (shower could have done with the drain being cleaned as water struggled to drain away -same for...

Popular place - even midweek, advise to go early to be sure of securing your chosen dishes - with excellent food, well prepared and home cooked. Veg cooked to perfection. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Parking is a bit of an issue as there are only three spaces at the side of the hotel so it's first come first served, after that you park further up the road on the roadside or across the bridge in the car park. The staff were lovely, very helpful and obviously working hard but the smell as we went...

All show and no go. Had to climb to two sets of stairs to get to a tiny room, so small that you could barely get in the door. Once you were in it was okay if you ignored the mould on the window and the ceiling. Smoke alarm was coming away from the ceiling too. We had a shared...

This is a pub......remember that..... We stayed in the area for 3 nights and drank and are here twice. We arrives at about 8.00 in the evening, bar crowded and lively. Took some time to get served, ordered drinks and food. Plenty of choice on the menu and a good choice of ales. I chose the Snowdonian Ale, lovely pint....

We booked here last minute on Easter Monday. We had room 7, a spacious family room, lovely, warm and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was very busy, but they made extra room for us and the service was fantastic. Food absolutely faultless, beer brilliant and breakfast was gorgeous, just what we needed for the journey home. Highly recommend and we will...

If you are looking for a dog friendly but basic hotel in a good location for exploring Snowdonia this is not a bad choice. Our room was adequate but small with a very small ensuite. The hotel looks quite tired and worn but the location made up for this. There is no parking, even for dropping off bags (double yellow...

The Pont-y-Pair was a lovely place to stay. The staff couldnt be any more friendly and the location was fantastic. We had a family room with a double bed and a single bed. Even though the room was quite old fashioned and out dated, it was still very clean and comfortable. Having the bar downstairs with access to the beer...
