A perfectly situated guest house, three minutes walk to the nearest pub (good food) and village shops. Fifteen minutes drive to the Pyk track, a good and reasonably challenging walk to the top of Snowdon. The guest house was immaculate, well presented, quaintly decorated and incredibly welcoming. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need and in excellent condition. The... More

We booked this B&B from Adelaide through <booking.com> We read the reviews & they sounded as good as a review can. Remember, reviews are based on one person's experience. Well sadly ours was a very bad experience so I guess you won't publish it. The room was very small and the bathroom as small as I'd ever seen. From the... More

Unfortunately, it is very ‘sad but true’ that we had the misfortune of welcoming you into our home. In over 10 years of owning and running a bed & breakfast we have never met a ruder couple, not only to us and the house but to our other guests and indeed each other. On one morning we were told by... More

Friendly, attentive and unobtrusive hosts, immaculately clean room, comfortable bed and tasty, well cooked breakfasts made with good quality ingredients. Pretty much everything you could want in a good bed and breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Excellent in every way.

My wife and I had travelled down from The Lakes to get close to Snowdon, with a view to summiting it the day after our stay. We were met with a friendly welcome, and a sympathetic ear to our troubled road trip. After a quick meet and greet we were shown to our room which was quiet, clean and homely.... More

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Lynn was amazingly friendly, it felt like we had met her before. The rooms were nicely done and made good use of space, clean and tidy. There is a lounge area so as we were 2 couples/ 4 friends it was a nice area to meet up. Breakfast was great too and... More

Visited for our anniversary and were made to feel so welcome. Dave and Lynn the owners could not be anymore helpful, accommodating and throughly nice people. Room was lovely, breakfast was to die for and the guest house was spotlessly clean. Excellent location to and the view from room was beautiful. Loved our stay there and would definitely go back.... Had such a wonderful time... Stayed as 2 couples in rooms 3 and 5. Both lovely, quiet and well equipped. Our hosts were amazing and breakfast was fabulous. Very convenient for walking into town and easy parking on the forecourt. Thank you- we will be back! 😄👍🏻

We were four and had rooms three and five. They both were small but very clean and big enough for the six night stay we had. Our room (5) had an excellent shower but the electric towel rail was not set hot enough to dry the towels. The cooked breakfast was special and made to your request the previous day.... More
