There are pros and cons to this hotel. We have stayed before with similar experiences. First, I would mention the lovely receptionist. She was a good mix of professional and friendly, and I was impressed by her consideration, when she saw I walked with a stick, and asked me if I would be alright on the stairs. We stayed in...

Extremely vibrant venue for lunch. It was very busy but the staff coped superbly and the food was hot and the waiting time was acceptable.Hearty food with good portions and the quality was also notable. A great venue.

Stopped off for an impromptu lunch and found a gem. Great food and location, being Center of betws y coed. Autumn menu was well chosen and highly recommend the pheasant for a main or bread and butter pudding for dessert.

Stayed here for the second time having visited 6 years ago, a bit disappointed this time. The room we had was very noisy and when we mentioned this when we checked out the receptionist suggested we book a superior room in future (no apology). The food at breakfast was ok but the choice of continental breakfast was very limited. Grill...

Very friendly staff throughout the stay who could not do enough for you. Ate in the restaurant with a 5star meal. Beautifully cooked local food by a chef who knows how to cook. Next table had...

Are you looking to stay somewhere with plenty of charm and close to Mt. Snowdon? This place is perfect. It has an 'inn' kind of feel - a nice period building full of character. It's cosy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location overlooking a stream. Looks lovely from outside - very picturesque. Close to some nice...

Love Betws-Y-Coed and love this restaurant! It is always busy, but always delivers on the food. We all had the Haddock and Chips and it was huge, they never let themselves down on presentation. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, we will return in the future without a doubt.
