If you had mentioned this to us at the time we may have been able to move you to another room. all rooms in our hotel are in the main building and also the Lodge area where you stayed. Guests are placed in rooms subject to availability, price and number of guests.. If you do come again please ask us to be put in main building.

sorry for the delay Marie. The pods are £60 a night and include heating lighting and electric socket. shower/toilets are located a few yards away. Yiu only need to bring your sleeping bags. they have a diubke bed in one roim and 2 singles in the other room. Food and drink are available on the complex

NO not any more Im afraid, they took it away as it was not used enough, but there are 3 free ATMs in the village of Betws y Coed. Hope this helps.
