A good location for exploring the area, the room was a good size and comfortable but could do with a litle bit of tlc, the basin waste was very stiff and one bedside light was not working and a freshen up needed. The host and staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent, It is near the church and...

Stayed for three nights with friends to tour Snowdonia. Betws-y-coed is good for this as it is within easy reach of most interesting places in the area - the only problem is finding a restaurant to eat in the evening - everywhere was busy. The hotel is located in the centre of the village in a secluded part up a...

This is an impressive structure and I've seen it only from the outside; it was booked the day I was there, so couldn't stay. HOWEVER, we believe that my Welsh grandmother lived in a room here around 1890, before she came to America at around age 10. If we win the lottery (I'm 76) we will go to Church Hill...

The place needs complete refurbishment, everything feels very old and musty. Shower didn't work properly, a lightbulb smashed as I turned on the lamp and then trod on a piece of glass which was on the floor prior to this incident! Beds were lumpy and completely unsatisfactory. You can hear everything through the walls and floors, including the family living...

Great location for touring the area. Has its own car park. 5 mins from Rail Station. Bed was one of the worse mattresses I have ever slept on though. The proprietor was excellent and mixed with guests at Breakfast. The walk to the entrance from the main street is up a very steep incline.

The staff were very rude.. They accused us of lying because we had visitors even though we payed for an extra person the first day!! Their breakfast is heavy and limited and it is only from 8 till 9:15 .. No lifts and the doors are very thin you can hear people talking in the rooms next to you.

Me and my girlfriend had a pleasant stay here over the August Bank Holiday weekend. The breakfast was nice, rooms were ok. It was what I expected from a family run B&B. Shower was good. It could probably do with modernising a bit and the WiFi is terrible. Breakfast is only served between 08:15-09:15.

Well what can I say but WOW! It's like being at home. Excellent accommodation, very friendly people and food that is like your Mum makes (only if your Mum can cook that is). Very comfortable and welcoming. Loved it and would stay again without hesitation.

Arrived to a warm welcome from Julie and was shown to our room in the annexe. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable with decent sized bathroom. The walls were very thin and you could hear people in the next rooms, in fact I was woken at 6.00am not by the church bells which chime every hour but by...

We booked the Church Hill House for 3 nights for a Snowdonia get away. We arrived after a very good drive up through Wales to a warm welcome from Julie. We had room 15 at the back of the extension on the first floor and overlooking the car park so no views unfortunately but a very nice room, very clean...
