Having stayed at Tyn y Fron for many years now we could not recommend anywhere better. We always feel as if we are retuning home the moment we arrive. It is a beautiful old house in a stunning location with the most warm and friendly welcome from the new owners. It all adds to the most relaxing and stress free...

This is a really nice B&B in a great location to base yourself when exploring Snowdonia. The centre of Betws-y-Coed is just a 5 minute stroll across the field and the rest of the park is on the doorstep. Barbara and Nigel are great hosts and very welcoming. The breakfast is tasty and sets you up well for a day...

We stayed in the Valley View room, which certainly lived up to its name. The views were stunning. The room was exceptionally large for a B&B with plenty of room for the super king size bed plus another bed for our teenage son. Although it is situated close to A470 you cannot hear any road noise, There is a lovely...

Despite my husband and I arriving in the midst of our hosts, Nigel and Barbara Drake, having most of their kitchen appliances updated we were given a very warm welcome. The accommodation was excellent, a well appointed and comfortable room with a four poster bed no less. The view from our bedroom window was breathtaking, a confirmation of why this...

We stayed at Tyn Y Fron for a couple of days to celebrate a birthday. The B&B is spotlessly clean (something that we are very picky about) and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on a holiday! Nigel and Barbara are lovely people who welcomed us and made us feel at home. Nigel's knowledge...

Friendly and chatty hosts working hard to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay. Room was big with a bonus of massage chairs( we chose the room upstairs at the front of the house a little more expensive but worth it). Also had a bath and bath cream which was lovely after a hard days walking plus overhead electric shower. All...

We were recommended this hotel by our daughter who has stayed here many times. From the minute we walked through the door and were greeted by Nigel and his lovely wife Barbara, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. We stayed in room number 1, a lovely big comfortable room, spotlessly clean with a wonderful view of...

We had a flying visit here this week. The B&B is ideally situated, with a short, romantic walk into Betws Y Coed. Lovely, clean room, excellent hosts and delicious breakfast. We will definitely return here for our next North Wales visit. The shower could have been a little more powerful (but that's a personal, minor point in a very well...

Stayed in the Valley View Suite that offers picturesque views and spacious accommodation. The new owners were very welcoming, could do enough for us and always had time to offer advice and knowledge of the locality. The walk to the town centre is pleasant and takes an interesting route via the river and railway station. I would definitely stay here...
