Excellent accommodation, 5 minute walk into the heart of the town, practically on the banks of the river Usk. Very clean, very spacious (which in this current climate you need space). En suite bedrooms. Lovely comfy beds and pillows, fab cotton duvets. Never ending hot water for great powerful showers. The property is quirky and awesome. Everything you need in the kitchen, including milk, tea & coffee, cereals and fruit. Radiators keep the property toasty on cold days but there is a fuel burner too, nothing beats the look of logs burning. The hosts are very friendly and very knowledgeable with superb recommendations for walks, where to eat out etc. Brecon is set in the most outstanding area, so many beautiful places literally on the doorstep.

We were very pleased with this guest house. It was listed as a B&B, but they do not provide breakfast. That fact was clearly stated in the listing so it was not a surprise. There are several locations very close that you can get breakfast. They do have coffee, tea, cereal and fruit available. The house is several hundred years old and very well maintained. The rooms were nice and ours had it's own bathroom, which was recently remodeled and nice.
