Had an absolutely fabulous time at this hotel. The staff are fabulous and cannot do enough for you. The manager Tiffany was an absolute star during the time I was at the hotel, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had the relaxing time that I needed. The housekeeping staff do a... More

We had a 7 night stay at Nythfa House. We were welcomed by Tiffany and her team and had a very pleasant stay. Our room was very spacious and had views over the garden and to the distant Brecon Beacons. The food was excellent for breakfasts and evening dinners, and our packed lunches were also very good. The evening entertainment... More

We spent a week at Nythfa House doing guided walks. The house was lovely and the service was amazing. Tiffany and her staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. The food was very good. Our guides, Leslie, Angus and Andy were also excellent. I would highly recommend Nythfa House to anyone staying... More

Perhaps I am biased, as I was born at Nythfa before it became a hotel, but my wife and I were absolutely delighted with the way that the house has been maintained since HF Holidays took it over. From the moment we arrived, on a family reunion weekend, the Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the... More

I completed the Brecon Beacons Way trail while staying at Nythfa House with HF Holidays. I was a solo with room 15 which overlooks croquet & garden. The room was very comfortable & clean, spacious with a large window on the garden. Comfortable double bed. Nice bathroom with tub & shower. I had no problems with the hot water &... More

We stayed one night for a weekend break. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean with a nice en suite shower room. Breakfast was very generous with delicious bacon and sausages. Most of the other guests were staying as part of an HF Holidays walking holiday, but we were just there for B&B. The walking holiday looked promising, though,... More

We stayed 4 nights on a guided walking holiday. The welcome was good, with afternoon tea, including options for coeliacs. Our room, on the ground floor, was spacious & light, with a seating area & french doors to the garden - very useful for picking up forgotten fleeces & gloves before walking. The shower room was small, but newly fitted... More

We booked a few nights here as a midweek getaway. A really nice little hotel with a great little pool .Please note that the pool does not have a lifeguard, but since most of the people we saw staying there were adults this should not be a problem unless you have small children. The room was large ,clean and had... More
