We stayed at Ty Newydd for 2 nights in April for a family gathering in Brecon. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the outset we were made welcome, there is parking to the front of the B&B which is in what, presumably, used to be the farm courtyard. We stayed in Room 3 which is...

Lovely warm and cosy rooms, great food and great service. Rachel and Sid are always very welcoming. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now since November 2015 and love this place. Would highly recommend.

Rachel is a gracious host and full of helpful information about what to see and do in the surrounding area. The rooms were beautifully furnished (we even had red roses in our room) and the breakfasts were generous and delicious. A great spot for walkers, lots of maps to borrow and a boot dryer room as well - lots of...

On our annual week in UK we decided to visit Wales a couple of days, and wanted to visist the Brecon area. Searching four B&Bs suiting our needs for accomodation of a family of four and two adults in separate bedrooms we found this one. Look no further if you´d like to stay surrouned by a very idyllic scenery in...

We stayed here for a couple of nights here whilst we did some savage walking on the so called "hills" nearby! Whilst we have walked in Snowdonia, Lake District and Highlands this area is by far my favourite and is only a couple of hours down the M4! There is the canal right next door so in the summer might...

A delightful b&b. Lovely room and a delicious breakfast - the sausage was as long as the plate! We took our bikes and were able to store them safely overnight. Great cycling and walks to be had and a truly beautiful spot. We really enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night.

Charming country B&B right on the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal. Located in an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy walking along canal watching the narrow boats. Rooms retain elements of the original construction including small hobbit-like doorways. (Don't forget to duck!) Hosts Rachel and Sid are very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast served in...
