Our first stay at Felin Glais whilst attending the Brecon Jazz Festival - and it was great. Dave & Chris very welcoming and hospitable, providing remarkable breakfasts, including a kipper one morning that must have been harpooned to land it! Lovely quiet location. Very comfortable room with everything we needed - and more!

This place surpasses all other B&B's. I think that, on the quiet, this couple are working some kind of strange Welsh alchemy. Wonderful welcome , beautiful rooms and absolutely divine food. Have I said about the food? It is just so Good it is embarrassing for all wannabe cooks! Dinner is sublime, breakfast is outstanding and the hospitality second to... More

We had a wonderfully restful stay in this quiet serene country B&B within the Brecon County Park. The guest house is situated in a quiet country lane next to very pretty babbling river that you can easily walk over and next to before heading out for the day or evening. The rooms are very comfortable and very well appointed with... More

Having stayed at Felin Glais many times in the last 10 years or so it was a real pleasure to head back there again to see Chris and Dave. As in the past they could not have been more welcoming hosts, and Felin Glais itself looks even more wonderful than we remembered with the gardens and house having been lovingly... More

We stayed here for 2 nights recently as part of our honeymoon traveling all around the UK. Of all the B&Bs we stayed in, Felin Glais really stood out. David and Chris are so friendly, and they really went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The house has so much history, and the rooms maintain... More

We recently had a 2 night stay at Felin Glais and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. David and Chris are so friendly and hospitable! David was very helpful with directions to relatives we were visiting in Wales and he also recommended two local pubs which served the most wonderful meals. Our room was large, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could... More

Cannot recommend Felin Glais enough. David and Chris made us feel so welcome with "beyond the call of duty" care. The rooms were immaculate, and attention to detail so appreciated. We were looking for a restful escape with lots of peace and quiet, Felin Glais delivered!. The breakfast was second to none. Planning another visit already.

Stayed for two nights to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary - would have loved to stay longer. Great, peaceful location but still with with easy access to Brecon. Beautifully furnished room with spa bath stocked with luxurious toiletries and big fluffy Harrods towels and robes. Wonderful breakfast with a great selection of food. Another long weekend at our favourite B&B. It's home away from home. A warm welcome always awaits. Clean, well furnished and well decorated room, bathroom stocked with quality products (keeps the girl friend happy). Hearty breakfasts to power walking the hills and delicious dinners to end the days. Departure time always comes too soon.
