Overall a wonderful experience, the staff were reallly friendly and the rooms were lovely. The leisure facilities were very busy so no room to squeeze another person into the sauna or steam room sadly

Really good value for money and would stay again. Food was really nice, we had an evening meal in the restuarant and breakfast the next morning. The room was clean and modern we stayed in the club room.

we used the 'feel good Friday' special offer for a birthday celebration. There was a group of 24 of us from different areas and we had a great time . Its not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star money and the food and amenities were great ...so we have booked again this year!

When you arrive this hotel...check if you have enough towels. My wife only noticed we had one to share after she took her shower. Searched the room all over for another towel...nothing! As it was early and we had to leave I was forced to use her wet towel after I had my shower. Bed was a little soft for...

Always enjoy our little breaks away. Great service, good food and lovely bedrooms. The Village offers are very good and have booked 4 mini breaks for the coming year already looking forward to Chester and Liverpool as new venues for us.

Good hotel but over priced not much around it. Staff very good. Food choice limited both pub and restaurant burgers or burgers mainly. Restaurant bit pricey especially breakfast when £4.99 in crown carvery down road

This is an eat as much as you like carvery and the focus seems to be on quantity not quality, children eat free (I think) which is why there were so many children there. The restaurant is...

A lovely hotel with great facilities but let down by our evening Dining experience. Quality of food served in the hotel restaurant was extremely poor. However, I would go back to this hotel but would eat in its pub section next time as the food there looked a lot nicer!

Nice easy long weekend break. Everything on site from Starbucks to pub. Very close to the motorway for travelling around the area including visiting friends. There was an offer on the accommodation and will definitely keep eye out for any deals again

The first impression walking into the lobby was encouraging, the club rooms are massive and well equipped, , the bed was comfortable and also huge . Great facilities, swimming pool, hot room, sauna and a very well equipped gym .The food and service in the on site pub was outstanding and in my opinion better than the restaurant which although...
