Good size rooms , good leisure facilities and friendly staff and easy access to centre via train or bus. Would recommend for family stay. Some tourist information would have been useful to browse while at the hotel.

Very clean, tidy and friendly hotel As I said previously I was annoyed that I had to pay the £5 to get into the swimming pool other than that every thing was good Visited the bar and had a few drinks in the friendly atmosphere .

Average hotel but experience marred by £5 charge to use the pool. Arrival was friendly, don't think the self service check-in is a good idea as someone talks you though it anyway. No option to upgrade to upper desk, maybe they we full, but we would have done. Room very similar to other village hotels. Free parking. Pool was large,...

Nice hotel, good facilities, rooms were lovely, good access to the motorway. Have a work project nearby, will likely use this place over and over as it's just what I'm after. Bar is great, food was good too and nice breakfast. Slept ok but that was me rather than the bed.

All the staff are smiling, all welcome you at all times with a greeting. Reception was always manned and had an electronic book in, almost self service; but pleasant all the same. Regulars will just flit through. Easy Service is outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The menu could be...

The hotel is well used from leasure centre to pub inside hotel and Starbucks however it's spotless and the staff seem to be happy at work Breakfast was experienced and rather pleasant as we were not in any rush. The bread for toast...

Booked two night break in January sale we upgraded to a club room, which was worth every penny. Room was superb on arrival and was serviced each day. All staff were very friendly and willing to answer anything asked of them. There is ample parking on site with easy access as just off M4.
