A quiet refuge in central Cardiff - perfect! Rachael could not be more welcoming and accommodating of our requests - late check in, dietary requirements, etc. The location is super - the park with the castle is just round the corner. Would definitely recommend. I was in the double at the front, it felt very spacious & luxurious. Two notes:...

I loved staying at dexby. Hotel is beautiful, host was super considerate (I have a yeast allergy, so she went especially to buy sour dough, which I can eat, so I could have toast in the morning). Situated on a crazily beautiful road and easy to get to Cardiff centre from. Superb

The location of this guest house is ideal as it is near everything you require. I went to Cardiff on a last minute request and whilst I could not stay in the same hotel as my friends I was more than happy to find this little gem, the manager of the place whom I believe to be called Rachel was...

Super little hotel on Cathedral Road, ideally located for Cardiff city centre and the local amenities of Pontcanna. Warm welcome, comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this establishment.

At £70 per night, we arrived to see a really nicely decorated room. We thought this would be a great place to stay for two nights. After telling the owner we would be having breakfast around 9.30am, we thought all would be well. We woke a little late and went to breakfast at 10am and were told sorry, go away...

I was staying for one night in Cardiff for a gig at the CIA and I didn't want to stay in the same identikit Premier Inn that you could find anywhere. This B&B is great value for money - it's close to the city centre and during daylight hours you can walk across the park to the city. The welcome...

I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large, which seems to be a luxury in the U.K. Rachel, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The walk to town is not bad at all, only 10-15 minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. There are some issues. Parking is rather a...

On Cathedral Road just up from the cricketers pub is the Dexby Townhouse. Just 10 mins walk from the city centre across the park towards the Principality Stadium and Castle. Rachel the host is jovial and attentive to her customers needs and will go the extra mile for you. The room was spacious, clean, tea/coffee everything we required. The bathroom...

We came down for the rugby. Booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. But sadly we had no hot water in the shower on Saturday and Sunday having to use the manageress shower downstairs on Saturday before the game. Breakfast was not included and basically had to beg for a hot breakfast as it seemed...

I cannot rate this amazing place enough! The rooms are absolutely beautiful. All the rooms have unique decor and the one we were in had the loveliest bathtub and the most comfortable bed. Our whole stay there was perfect and Rachel the manager was one of the warmest and most welcoming people I have ever met in all my travels....
