Excellent location, with a very nice Victorian style furnishing. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast excellent in quantity and quality. Excellent standards of cleanliness and very friendly staff. We had a large room with a large bathroom. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and chests of drawers, a very comfortable armchair. The room was in the top floor, the...

This place oozes with charm and style. We stayed in room no. 9 at the back of the hotel, the room was a little small so I'd not recommend if have large suitcases but fine for a few days. The shower was amazing a true torrent of hot water. The bed was luxurious and nice fat lump pillows. Breakfast is...

Like stepping back in time to an era that took a pride in providing a quality experience. Independent guest house, no frills but every detail taken care of. Furnished in sympathy with its Victorian heritage it was still homely and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - not necessarily in range of cold buffet, but in the quality of the...

We stayed 5 nights at the guesthouse and we had a wonderful time: the house is charming (I loved the front garden with all the different plants/flowers and the breakfast room is magnificent) and the location is very close to Cardiff town center/Castle. It is also well-located to explore places around Cardiff as it is easy to access the M4....

We stayed here for 2 nights in room 3. The location is perfect as it is a short walk away from the city centre and it has private parking which was one of the things we looked for when booking. The room was ok, lovely size shower in the en suite, although a little disappointed there was no towel rail-so...

Public areas, specially the breakfast room was spectacular. Room no 2 bit weary, some renovation would be essential. Owner very friendly and good private parking. Location is good. All in all good option for Cardiff accommodation.

We had a winter break in Wales staying a couple of nights in Cardiff and found this B&B to be excellent value. Very friendly host and a pleasant walk through a park to the castle and centre of town. Its a pleasant Victorian property and breakfast was excellent.
