I regularly call in to this hotel for a bite to eat and a cuppa. The service is normally great, with friendly staff who are very attentive but on my most recent visit the customer service has left me extremely disappointed as I waited for 15-20 minutes for a waitress to serve me, having walked past me 3 times but...

Stayed here after attending a Charity ball. The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was scrummy. Would stay again even though I only live 4 miles away. The hotel is just at the side of the Lagan and very near St George's market which is a must for visitors

My wife and I recently spent a very pleasant couple of days in Belfast and had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton. The hotel is obviously recently built and is clean, comfortable and has an envious location. The quality of the restaurant was outstanding for this type of hotel. In general the service was good, and was delivered with...

We went for Afternoon Tea on Valentine's day! We were greeted by a wonderful friendly server, Ivonna, who provided us with complimentary Champagne. This was no cheap plonk, but actually one of the better tipples we've been served! The tea collection was vast, the coffee was delicious Costa! The selection of sandwiches suits anyone's taste! We were called the morning...

A typical Hilton on the outside and typical (almost) on the inside. The Hotel obviously attracts a lot of Business travellers during the week coming and going throughout the day and night. We were on the 5th floor in a room with an adjoining door (I should have asked to move on day 1 of our 4 day stay) as...

We arrived here in the morning, fully expecting to have to leave our bags and check in later. However the receptionist had one room available (access room) so gave us the choice of taking it or waiting for the original room. The concierge offered to show us the room if we wanted to see it first. We took the room...

Room was excellent and staff went out of their way to be friendly. Concierge was particularly good. Liked the room and the great view. On the downside it took 1 hour and 20 minutes (and 2 phone calls) to get someone to come and unlock mini bar and empty it so that I could put my own bottle of water...
