Stayed here earlier in the year and found it excellent so decided to Stay again this time for for 2 night. Booked an executive room which was lovely with plenty of room. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. However it was a few little things which let my stay down. There was no bible in the... More

3 of us went to the Piano Lounge for lunch. After finding a table, we had to wait quite a while for our order ( a chicken dish and 2 prawn open sandwiches) to be taken. The prawn sandwiches had the distinction of being the worst I have come across in a long time. After finishing, no one came near... More

Stayed here for business , it is a grand hotel good size rooms. Breakfast was excellent nice big bar area. Parking is done by concierge at a fee. It was late November and was nicely decorated for Christmas. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in this first class hotel. All aspects of a top standard. Large rooms with comfy beds and large bathroom. Wifi exceptional and never dropped out. Staff helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast very nice and plenty of variety. Fantastic four days spent here, and would gladly stay again should we return to Belfast.

We had a great stay. Comfy beds, lovely spacious room & nice bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly on reception. Breakfast was fairly frenetic & busy. There were queues. The wait was worth it with a great selection of things on offer. I liked the booklet on where the food came from and the stories of the suppliers. The location... More

I recently had a weekend stay in this hotel and couldn't fault it in any way. Rooms were spacious and spotless and the bathroom was beautiful. All Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. I look forward to returning in the future - keep up the great work.
