Stayed with friends in the hotel had an amazing time, location couldn't be better. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The bathroom was big and sparkling and shower was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend the hotel to friends

I loved my stay in the Europa Hotel. I stayed in an Executive room and it was everything I wished for. Very comfortable bed, spacious and a great bathroom with a nice bath tub. The location cannot be beaten: it is across from one of Belfasts most beautiful pubs: The Crown and an easy walk into the city center. Breakfast... More

Stayed one night in a queen room, was very small but was to be expected. The bed was very comfy however we woke up numerous times during the Nite as room was v stuffy due to lack of air conditioning. Tried opening the window however due to noise outside we had to close it again. The breakfast was very good... More

On balance we had a very pleasant visit with the Europa. Unfortunately, the concierge service was so poor, we started on the wrong foot, and struggled to recover. The room was top quality, solid feel, terrific bed, overall similar to what you'd find in an Intercontinental or JW Marriott. Very nice bathroom. The problem for us happened upon check-in. We'd... Stayed last nite as an early Father's Day present for my hubby. Staff at reception were lovely and the room was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was sparkling and we had a lovely comfy bed and good quality bed linen. This meant we had a lovely lie in before enjoying a great breakfast.

Room was very small, bathroom in need of refurbishment- duvet on bed was very lumpy and breakfast more than disappointing - it was self service and everything was either over cooked or raw. The Server spilled coffee all over the table and napkin/cutlery bas she poured it and didn't even acknowledge it - very unwelcoming in the breakfast room.

This was a much anticipated stay. I had never visited N Ireland before, though I had heard great things about it and about the Europa, I was not disappointed about either. In fact, my best expectations were exceeded. It's not comfortable beds, well appointed rooms or great food that makes a great hotel. The Europa certainly has all of those.... More

Hotel is older but the rooms seen renovated, large by european standards and clean. Large spacious lobby and great breakfsts. Beds are firm and the bath is also large but the shower head is unusual and may be too high for short people to reach. Wi-Fi in the rooms is fast.

I had the most memorable time last week with my friend on his birthday in the Piano Lounge . I rang to book afternoon tea and happened to mention it was a friends birthday and would appreciate a window table . When we arrived we were escorted to our table by the lovely Veronica and we were surprised and delighted... More
