This hotel is in a great centrally located location, close to many historic pubs and places. The service is fantastic and extremely friendly, just like everyone in Belfast. The room we had was part of a Golf Package, and was very small, but luxurious. Very clean. The bathroom was larger, and had a great shower. Breakfast was amazing, and again...

I recently stayed for one night in this hotel to attended a business meeting. Great location with friendly and engaging staff, in particular Andrea McNeil on the front desk was a great help while being both friendly and engaging. The Hungarian waiter on the mezzanine level could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this...

the hotel was top notch, very central to everything, very friendly people. Had a problem with my hairdryer and they gave me another room just to blow dry my hair while they fixed the problem. Breakfast was amazing and even has bushmills with your breakfast in belfast lol rooms very clean and not a bad size. Would stay there again...

We stayed mid week overnight as a last minute booking and as usual Andy McNeill and his team on the Front Desk were fabulous! We didn't see Andy on this visit but in his absence Linda, Daria and Lynsey on the Front Desk were extremely helpful and friendly making check in smooth as previous. Breakfast was amazing - you should...

Centrally situated in Great Victoria Street opposite the historic Crown Inn, the Europa Hotel backs on to the bus station facilitating travel to and from ferry and airports. We had a two night weekend visit to the hotel where some building work to the front entrance was taking place so a temporary entrance via the Lobby Bar had been set...

Myself and my husband stayed here for a long weekend. Great location. Nice bar and relaxing piano bar with great views. My only disappointment was the rooms which we found the decor very dated. Drab dark wood everywhere! Everywhere was spotless and the bed was amazing. Breakfast in your room was disappointing as was always cold and not enjoyable at...

I hate to be a typical American and turn my nose up at the hotel but this place is very dated and needs a complete makeover. There is not even a thermostat inside the room to control the temperature. I have traveled throughout the UK, Germany and Italy and I understand that a European 4-5 star hotel is not on...

Top scale hotel. Excellent service - fabulous Irish breakfast. Piano bar is a great place for a quiet drink, sit by the window and people watch. So close to pubs, shopping and restaurants. Excellent staff and for those travelling it is right beside the bus station
