Lovely hotel, nice staff, every thing we needed was there, It is very much a conference hotel which didn't matter much as we were out and about sightseeing, Concierge was very helpful and put us on the right path several times My only gripe was the cooked breakfast, bacon like leather eggs left out too long tomatoes too hard, But staff good,cereals...

Wonderful stay in this first class hotel. All aspects of a top standard. Large rooms with comfy beds and large bathroom. Wifi exceptional and never dropped out. Staff helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast very nice and plenty of variety. Fantastic four days spent here, and would gladly stay again should we return to Belfast.

We had a great stay. Comfy beds, lovely spacious room & nice bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly on reception. Breakfast was fairly frenetic & busy. There were queues. The wait was worth it with a great selection of things on offer. I liked the booklet on where the food came from and the stories of the suppliers. The location...

I recently had a weekend stay in this hotel and couldn't fault it in any way. Rooms were spacious and spotless and the bathroom was beautiful. All Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. I look forward to returning in the future - keep up the great work.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was fabulous from beginning to end. The bedroom was clean, very comfortable and well presented. The food was beautiful in the Causerie and what was so nice about this restaurant was that the staff took the time to acknowledge each and every customer. The Restaurant Manager of the Causerie was outstanding, his manners...

The hotel is well positioned for a visit to Belfast and close to a train and bus station. The room I was in was smart, comfortable and pretty quiet. The breakfast is typical of what you might expect - but try the Bushmills on your porridge for extra flavour! The reasons I've given this hotel 5 stars is largely due...
