We really enjoyed our stay here and found the staff to be most helpful and efficient. I had difficulty with the parking machine and requested help from the young man on duty on the desk, and he came out in the middle of Storm Doris, in his shirtsleeves, and sorted it for me - beyond the call of duty in...

I was really impressed with the hotel in general. We were there to see the titanic museum but were able to walk to the town centre too. It was a perfect location for us. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We could see the yachts from our room too, an added bonus for my boat obsessed son! Staff were...

Ok so it's not 5 star, but they deserve 5 stars, because what they do they do extremely well. Spotlessly clean, good location, good buzz, excellent staff. Sure you wouldn't want anything more. Oh car park, just outside, I parked up at 4:00pm and left around 1:00 the next day, with ticket verified at reception £10:00.

Overall a good enough location. Short wark from town over the lovely pesestrian bridge. Room was basic, quiet and well kept. Food xould be better. I felt staff were ok, one or two were excellent and knew about service with dignity and humour. I felt the food was edible. Thats it. Parking was very expensive. The hotel only has a...

We stayed here with our two children whilst visiting Belfast for the first time. It was very central to the town centre and also the titanic museum. Hotel was clean, well presented and staff were exceptional! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Meals we had were lovely too and at a great price!!

This is our 3rd time at the Premier Inn Titanic Quarter and this time was even better. Wonderful welcome from the friendly receptionist who took the time to chat to my kids and admire my little boy's Titanic drawings! We had a huge family room (201) and stayed 2 nights. The breakfast is excellent value with a massive choice from...

We had a really great stay. Evening meal and breakfast deal was excellent. We stayed for the ice hockey, so the location was great. Staff very friendly and courteous. We would recommend this hotel for a family break.

Stayed here for a weekend and was not disappointed, the staff really make this place. Really enjoyed the food too. Superb location in the heart of the Titanic quarter and only a 5 minutes walk into the city centre.

Premier inn is generally reliable. The Belfast titanic one goes one better. Great staff who go the extra mile. Danny in the bar goes beyond customer service. A great barman who will surely soon be moving up in the ranks. Thanks for making our stay extra enjoyable.
