Found it was great value for money the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the duvets were also comfy. Water was lovely and hot for a bath. Breakfast was also good and friendly staff.

Included an overnight stay with a concert. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the SSE Arena and once again thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again without any hesitation and the staff were brilliant

As I'm mostly in the US when I'm not on vacation I've had a similar problem a few times. Sometimes I just booked a different hotel and let my booking on the first hotel expire. However, I've taken a look at Premier Inn's international website, and they still don't seem to offer many contact opportunities outside of national phone costs.
0333 003 8101
This is their number for any enquiries on bookings. National (UK) costs apply, which is mildly annoying as this is their int. call center.
You can try submitting an e-mail on their online enquiry form, but I'm not sure how fast they'll react.
If nothing, resort to a different premier inn in Belfast or book something in a similar price range.
Thanks for the question, and good luck!
