The thing about Premier Inns is that they generally do exactly what they say they'll do. This no-fuss hotel is located within a few minutes walk of the Titanic Belfast experience, and a slightly longer - but enjoyable - walk into the city centre. The team was friendly and attentive - and the breakfast was great. Rooms are large and...

Chose this place primarily as it was next door to the Titanic exhibition but a good base for the city centre as well. Really friendly staff, rooms were spotless, bed so comfy and really quiet at night. Breakfast and evening meal very good. Would definitely return again

We had a lovely stay here and I could not find fault with it. The self-service check-in was a little strange at first but all went smoothly and 2 room keys and receipts appeared at the bottom of the machine showing you your room number. There was a phone and buzzer for help and staff around the restaurant if you...

I've never been disappointed by a Premier Inn hotel - the rooms are a good size, beds are comfy, and breakfast is usually good, and this one maintained those high standards. What made this hotel stand out, though, was the staff - pleasant, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If I return to Belfast (and I hope I do), I'll...

Very welcoming, staff could not do enough for us. Although the room was basic it was spotlessly clean. Nice fresh towels every day and breakfast was a must to set you up for a days sight seeing. It's only a 10 minutes walk into town so that's a double bonus.

Reasonably priced and very comfortable. Our room was large with a proper bathroom unlike some premier inns where you have a plastic cubicle. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Only problem was we arrived late and it was dark. We drove through barriers into car park at back. In the morning realised we had missed small turn in to hotel car...

The bedroom of this hotel was more than adequate. Black out blinds, comfortable bed and pillows and very clean. However, what is not made plain when booking, is that the car park beside the hotel does not belong to it and is very small. We did not know this when we arrived, there were no places left, so we had...

In my opinion this is the best Premier Inn I've stopped in. We used it to follow our Ice Hockey Team, it's great location makes it the best for the SSE Arena! Great location, great staff, highly recommended! 5 Stars

Very clean and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming. I arrived after 7pm and there were still parking spaces, although it is a very small carpark. You also get discount on the parking charges. Would stay again
