The room did not have air con and as it looked out onto the hotel air con unit exhausts, we boiled. We did ask for a fan, and were told it was coming, but it never materialised.
Food was good and the staff were helpful....More
This is the best HIE I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few!
The new rooms are fantastic, the food is well presented, even though it's the same food in the other chains they seem to take more care in presenting it.
So after a long day dropped my group at a local restaurant and the guide said she would take them walking and back to hotel, told me to go to hotel to rest.
