My wife and I stayed last night in room 217 , our first visit. The Hotel has a nice boutique feel to it and the decor was warm and inviting. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a few drinks and a snack in the bar and the service...

We stayed in the 'Charming Room', room 110. The room itself was perfect but the bathroom would definitely need updated and the view from the window was horrible. Had a terrible night's sleep due to the smoke alarm on the ceiling which had a piercing green neon laser light shining on us all night!!! We told the receptionist the following...

Having went to the park Avenue last night 15/1/17 to have something to eat in the bar area. We ordered our food and a drink which arrived at an acceptable Time. One of our meals was grossly over cooked. ( crab claws as a main meal ) the other two meals were fine. We finished our meals and we're waiting...

My wife and I enjoyed a meal at this hotel it was our 44th wedding anniversary and we had our wedding reception at the hotel 44 years ago. We were pleased to see the hotel in full swing and doing well. The restaurant is a beautiful venue for a meal and represents great value for money. I had a steak...

Came to the park avenue the Saturday before Christmas and had a awful evening. Rang a few days later and asked to be put on to the bar and spoke to a male who took my number and name and said someone would be in contact with me. Hasn't ever happened! My son went to the hotel a couple nights...

Just stayed for the one evening as i took the partner shopping. A very nice hotel and you are 5 minutes in a taxi away from the centre of Belfast. Room was spacious and bathroom was good. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and they called to the room with a small desert and...

This was my second time to stay here, the staff are second to none! Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and omg the beds! Oh I didn't want to get up the next morning but having sampled the breakfast previously I couldn't miss it. Breakfast is a feast fit for a king and so tasty! Go directly to their...

This hotel just changed hands and maybe we were given one of the old rooms that had not yet been refurbished, but I assure you it looked NOTHING like the photos on this site. The bathroom was completely not as shown either. I booked the room in July for a wedding in November so you think they would have reserved...

We booked this hotel as a treat for us. We booked the junior suite. It didn't disappoint. It was so cosy, with a fake fire and a big bed that was so comfy! The only negative was that the TV didn't work in the bathroom. A small thing I know, but from the pictures, I was really looking forward to...
