Looked forward to our family break here shortly after Christmas. Upon arrival we were impressed by the entrance and reception. We arrived an hour before check-in and were greeted with an eye roll and a sharp response from the receptionist - when I was given the chance to respond I said we were more than happy to wait as we...

This hotel should be on the top of everyone's list for an over night stay in Belfast. The food and service was first class, Josh in the bar looked after us all night making sure that we had everything we needed to have a perfect valentines night away. The room was fantastic with beautiful decor throughout, and the biggest and...

Spent a long weekend in Belfast, great place to stay while there. Breakfast had a perfect selection - hot, cold, a range of juices, tea and coffee etc. Great facilities as well - use of the pool/gym was a nice touch (although not enough time to take advantage of this) Room (double bed/shower and bath) was good - not perfect...

The hotel is located very centrally. We had an executive room, the bed was very large (think it could have slept a family of 4!) and very comfortable. The room was finished to a high standard and was clean. Made use of the leisure facilities ( pool, sauna steam room etc) which again were 1st class. Breakfast was a bit...

We stayed for 1 night in the Clayton hotel. The staff were amazing. Hotel food and drink were top class, plenty of variety and great value. The hotel is in the middle of Belfast which leaves you with so many options for entertainment, day trips, tours etc. We used the gym & chilled out at the pool sauna jacuzzi etc....

Stayed here on a last minute trip to Belfast. Booked quite last minute so perhaps that was part of the reason why we were allocated a seriously small room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was great, breakfast was great. Its a busy hotel and not very personal but would stay again.

Stayed here with my wife and child on a weekend visit to Belfast. The hotel is really well situated centrally in Belfast and close to the A1 main road - the fact that the hotel car park is on the Dublin Road is sufficient proof. We had a family room which was fine for our purposes, I expect the hotel...

Staff very nice and well mannered, room not bad but bathrooms need a revamp badly. Peeling side panels on bath and generally a bit tired and in need if a make over. Not a good idea to have second bath towel on shelf in bedroom really needs to be in the bathroom. You would need to get this hotel in...
