Our first visit to this hotel in Belfast and we were made to feel most welcome by all members of staff from the receptionist, breakfast team and chambermaid. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide choice of food including smoothies, detox water, local breads and cheeses and attractive fruit sculptures. Christine and Libby and the breakfast...

Wow, the staff at this hotel are amazing! We arrived at the hotel at 7.30 after travelling from Liverpool overnight on the ferry (a rough night as no cabins or arena plus seats available). We asked, on the off chance, if the room was ready. I think they could see the state we were in! Anyway, they allowed us to...

Great hotel, excellent staff and a fantastic location, minutes away from City Hall and no shortage of bars and restaurants in the nearby area. Hotel very reasonably priced and breakfast lovely too. Thanks to Stephen and his team for making us feel at home.

Met by really welcoming friendly staff, room was ready and well presented, albeit a little tired. Location is excellent close to shops and City Hall. Good atmosphere in hotel in the evening, mainly families. Breakfast was good but busy, we arrived early and were seated immediately, there was a queue as we left. Overall good value.

Room was spacious and very comfortable however alot of the furniture looked worse for wear. Some holes and rips in the sofa bed and chairs. Also the tea and coffee cups hadn't been replaced and were used but set in place as of they were new cups. On booking we had also paid for a birthday balloon to be put...

Fantastic location for everything in central Belfast. Short walk from Botanic and Central Train Stations. Reception was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were on the small side but fine for an overnight and very clean. Bar area is on the quiet side but just across the road is Morrisons one of the best bars in Belfast.

Hotel located minutes from city centre - attentive, knowledgeable staff, clean, well equipped rooms. Did not manage to visit pool, as only one night stay, but would definitely return to this hotel for a longer visit to Belfast. Comfortable bar and lounge, where you can look out on the world going by ! Breakfast was excellent, multiple choices to suit...

I was visiting for one night so did not get to the pool, hotel was very central. I ate in the bar , food was good, service was slow but the staff were quick to spot this and rectified this quickly. Room was comfortable, no issues with the hotel.
