My husband and I stayed here for a night during the week around December time, great location for the Christmas market and high street shopping. Our room was very clean and a good size, service and breakfast were good too. We would stay again.

One of the highlights of our trip! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very quaint. Centrally located, it provided the ideal hub for us to explore Belfast. The pub attached to the hotel was so much fun, with a great happy hour I might add. Overall, this place had the most character of all...

Stayed two nights here and thought was great! The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Literally led us to their car park to open it up. Was super helpful at check-in once we realized their is a difference in definitions between American english and Irish english for a sleeping "cot". We were thinking "roll away" when actually it means a...

The staff was friendly, especially the young receptionist (the one with long brown hair) helped us with directions and information. Huge bathroom, huge room. Nice breakfast. But some negative things: there was damp on the floor, and no bottled water in room. all in all, a good stay but maybe too expensive.

Everyone at this hotel was genuinely helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Wifi was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, quiet and pristine. This was the best hotel I stayed in during three weeks travel in Europe.

This is a beautiful hotel! It only has 21 rooms. We stayed in room 209 and were told it was the only one of its kind in the hotel. It had a king bed, lots of windows, and a big, beautiful bathroom. It seemed like the carpet was brand new. The hotel is in a very good location. It's a...

This is perhaps the best located hotel around, directly across from City Hall. I have been in many times for drinks and food but this was my first stay. The room was very large, well appointed, clean and with a comfortable bed. Service was excellent from the lady at check in to the night porter who was so polite and...

Stayed here On July 3rd 2015. The location is second to none, right beside City Hall, close to the shopping areas, restaurants. The building is old style, the rooms really well decorated. The staff are very nice and friendly. We parked in the hotels small private car park to the rear for twelve pounds. We were unlucky and were given...
