Good no nonsense hotel. Great location. On a trip to the SSE arena handy to shops, car parking and 10 minute walk to the arena. We didn't eat here as we choose a lay in and had breakfast doing the corner at Metz. Much better idea.

Had an appointment in Belfast and Malmaison was close by. Decided to drop in for a coffee. Ryan rge waiter was very friendly and chatty. We got a latte coffee which was served with a lovely home made biscuit. Coffee was £3.20 but was very nice. Bar was very funky with very comfortable chairs and sofas to relax.

The Malmaison has very friendly reception staff who welcomed me warmly to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself was quite warm. This hotel is on a very busy street and I was very aware of the traffic noise late into the night. The breakfast was fine and the waiting staff we're very efficient in the...

My wife and I had an enjoyable and comfortable short stay in this interesting hotel. We were greeted at reception by a charming and bubbly receptionist called Jade. She was lovely and a great advert for the hotel. Our room on the third floor was clean, comfortable and well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was one of...

What a lovely surprise, a hotel which is modern but also has character. The quality of the rooms are excellent and I did not pay for the top grade. Chose to have our evening meal in the restaurant and the food was as good as some of the top restaurants in London. Certainly at the level of The Ivy. The...

Lovely room, fun and quirky decor. Receptionist upgraded us on a Sunday night stay which was much appreciated. Good location for exploring Belfast. The bar was a little unkempt when we visited after seeing a show, but staff and drinks were perfect.

First time here. Comfatable room, only down side no air con. Breakfast expensive but quality. The hotel is dark (not weird dark) but adds to the ambience. Would stay again. Give it a try, and find out for yourself.

Lovely hotel conveniently situated in the centre of Belfast. Within easy walking distance to the Titanic Quarter and the shops in Victoria Square and Castle Hill. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby to suit everyone's budget. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely continental breakfast available as well as the usual cooked breakfasts for those wanting something substantial first...
