Second visit here. Good! I like this hotel and staff friendly. Nice bar, rooms good and bed comfy - nothing to complain about. Good Mal breakfast too. Easy access to city too. I liked the decor of the restaurant and have been seeing out the wall paper today for a bedroom!

Just returned home from an overnight stay for my birthday and still so very disappointed with our stay. Hotel is central, lady in the bar on Thursday night was lovely (cocktails delish), guys at breakfast super efficient (thumbs up to them). The decor is dark but I liked it. Room seemed nice however dark doors (especially bathroom) could do with...

My partner and I had a fab stay at Malmaison belfast in January. Customer service was really great, all staff we encountered were so friendly, I think that is a rarity these days. Our server in the restaurant was so great, so friendly wish I had got her name, young girl will short blond hair tht was longer on one...

We came in the hotel in advance, they took out luggages and said the check in time was at 2 or 3 I don't exactly remember. But because our room wasn't ready we had to wait for 45 more minutes. During that time we went to the bar and beside the widow they was space for my bag, when I...

Location is ok, near cathedral part of city. Rooms are not great, very dark and poor finish - sockets inlaid into floor that you stub your floor on, wall mounted toilets that are nearly falling off, overheated, baths with no plugs (????). Service is ok, just the usual passive blank look though that you get when people are poorly trainer....

This hotel don't get me wrong is a lovely hotel , the decor and the location are very very good. But considering I went from this hotel to the westbury in dublin on the same day which was my birthday and we paid roughly the same price they couldn't be more different. The room was nice, quiet apart from the...

A belated Valentine's day getaway with everything that we needed for a short stay. Victoria Square shopping centre a stone's throw away. Breakfast was plentiful and service was attentive but not intrusive. If anything, somewhere near the door to hang coats and a vanity mirror in the bathroom would have been helpful. My partner was also hoping for bathrobes and...

Stayed one night with my wife for mini-break, and took in Titanic while we were at it. Got a complimentary upgrade to a superior room, which was great - it was large, comfortable and very clean. Hotel bar was nice, and the restuarant was good too, staff friendly and polite. I stupidly left my camera in the room, but they...

Just back from a night in the Belfast Malmaison and am so full of praise that I'm writing this immediately! Got an unbelieveable deal which really delivered. Wonderful room, reception and bar staff. Free champers included and the continental breakfast in bed was the best I've had in any hotel, ever. Came in an enormous hamper delivered to our door....
