We stayed her in May/June when we were in Ireland visiting family, our room was lovely and clean, the service provided by the owners was first class, parking was also provided and the breakfasts were great too. We will definitely be returning to the An Caislean when we stay in Ballycastle again!

It was a sheer joy to stay here in May (located on the street leaving the coast to the town). The house is a beautiful period building that has been renovated to excellent standard. It is impeccably clean and the beds are super comfy with beautiful cotton linen. The host Berkeley was just great and there to offer any advice...

Myself and my friend stayed in a beautiful room here last August at the start of our holiday around the Causeway coastline. I had read some lovely reviews online already, and shared those thoughts on meeting the hosts. I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. We were given a choice of two rooms, and opted for...

We had booked a stay in the hostel for 7 nights, when we had arrived the heating had a wee bloop so they upgraded our room straight away to the B&B! Claire and Berkeley were very welcoming and helpful throughout the entirety of the stay. The kitchen, living room and bedroom were very well kept, warm and clean. The place...

As a recent graduate doing a road trip around RoI and Northern Ireland, I found myself looking for cheap B&Bs with parking and breakfast included. An Caislean went above and beyond. The owner was incredibly friendly and offered great advice when I asked where I could visit for food/tourist attractions etc. The room was perfect. A comfy bed, a TV,...

As part of our road trip around Ireland, we booked in to this no frills B&B on Coast of Northern Ireland. We arrived quite tired at about 7pm, having spent much of the day cruising around the north coast. The welcome/service was better than I could have expected. Berkeley helped us with our luggage up to our room, and allowed...

Picked this location on the Antrim coast because An Caislean was the only property that I could find with accommodations for my young family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young children). It ended up being a terrific choice. Berkeley, the owner, was helpful with suggestions on places to go eat and excursions, and he and the staff were especially helpful...

We stayed in this b&b one night. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast lovely also. The owner did seem very busy though, and as he appeared to be the only one helping out in the b&b we missed out a bit on the more personal service. A nice stay overall though.
