We visited this quiet old-worldly oasis for afternoon tea. Sandwiches (ham, salmon, chicken & salad) were fresh. Eileen ,who never seemed to leave the hotel to go home, ensured the whole family were carefully catered for . Nothing was too much trouble. The views of the Mourne mountains from the bedroom window could not be surpassed. All the staff deserve our thanks....More

Fantastic! The service, food, and house were only surpassed by the view out our room window of the Mourne Mountains and local farms. We were also able to walk to Tollymore Park and into Newcastle, but, beware the country roads are narrow with few sidewalks.
