Stayed here on 26 March and was really pleasantly surprised. The staff both at Reception and in the restaurant were excellent....very attentive and friendly. Stayed here on Saint Patrick's night and could not fault the place. Reception staff were fantastic and we were checked in by Michelle who was most helpful. I noticed some people in other reviews commented on the decor of the bedrooms...we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was beautiful! All the rooms seem to be getting...

Just home from a fantastic weekend break at the waterfoot hotel derry from the call I made to book our room with Theresa to our check out with colleen we cudnt fault it in anyway room was spotless on the ground floor newly refurbished with walk in shower so quiet comfy bed it was hard to leave it today food...

Had a lovely weekend in the Waterfoot Hotel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful breakfast both mornings was good. Our meal for valentines night was very good. Our bedroom was very warm and cosy our bed was lovely and comforta The Hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning to Waterfoot Hotel very soon....... :)

Recently visited the hotel and was very impressed the staff were brilliant especially Stephen very chatty and well mannered as a bartender myself I tend to do so myself! food was excellent and room was very nice will defiantly be back next time I visit derry
